Throughout his youth, he gained valuable industry exposure by accompanying his father (Dan Shaw) to client meetings. As Managing Partner, he spearheads sales and accounting, leveraging his diverse background to drive results.

Her well-rounded background includes a BS in English (Utah Valley University) and a tenure (2018-2023) as MSSE part-owner, where she honed her business acumen across diverse operations. Now, as Managing Partner, Emily applies this expertise to curate top products, drive sales through strategic marketing, and champion exceptional customer service.
Dan Shaw
Founder / Strategic Advisor
Dan Shaw established MSSE in 2002. He has many years of experience in gym equipment design, production, marketing, and dealer development and training. He holds a BS (U.S. Military Academy) and MBA (University of Pittsburgh). He has previously worked for Jaypro Sports and Spalding, while also working with the NBA and NCAA. In his current role as Strategic Advisor, Dan focuses on sales/marketing plans and relationships with industry.
