Yes, refer to quote and invoice for your order. Typically 1%-10, net 30 (1%  off purchase price if paid in full within 10 days; full payment due within 30 days).

Yes, we do accept purchase orders from schools and municipalities.

Can I use a forklift to unload my shipment?

Accepted Answer

While we do not recommend using a forklift, some pieces are heavy and may require one to transfer the equipment. Where possible, we recommend unloading the equipment by hand.

How many people will I need to unload my shipment?

Accepted Answer

Truck drivers are not responsible for unloading your equipment. If you are concerned, contact MSSE before delivery to find out the size and weight of the heaviest/largest piece of your shipment. This will give you an idea of how many people you will need to assist.

How many pieces will I receive with my shipment?

Accepted Answer

The number of pieces will depend on the equipment shipped.
Always check the Delivery Receipt at the time of the delivery and verify that the equipment received is the same in style and quantities as what was shipped.
If you are missing a box, immediately note this on the shipping slip and contact MSSE at 385-565-2538/2539.

Do I need to be on-site to accept my delivery?

Accepted Answer

Someone needs to be present to accept the delivery. This person should be someone who can take responsibility for accepting the delivery and be aware of the delivery process.

Will I be contacted by the delivery company?

Accepted Answer

For truck shipments you will normally be contacted at the number you provided at time of order within 1-2 business days prior to delivery to arrange a time/date for your delivery.
You can choose to have the delivery company hold the delivery at their warehouse; however, you may be subject to storage fees from the delivery company that will need to be paid before the delivery can be scheduled.

What do I do if there is obvious damage to my shipment?

Accepted Answer

You have the right to refuse any shipment if damage is obvious and you do not want to accept the equipment in the condition it has arrived. Please contact MSSE immediately.
Take pictures of the shipment.
Ensure that you or the driver notes the damage on the shipping slip at the time of delivery and keep a copy of the Bill of Lading with these notes.

What do I do if I find damage after the driver leaves?

If you have concerns at the time of delivery, you should sign the Bill of Lading “Pending Further Inspection”.  Immediately inspect all the equipment thoroughly.
If you find there is damage, take pictures noting the damage and contact MSSE immediately.

Does MSSE offer any installation service?

Accepted Answer

We do not have installation services in-house, but if you need installation service, contact us as we have a relationship with a nationwide network of installers who will be able to help you.

Question 23

How do I know which manufacturer’s product to order?

Accepted Answer

We only offer products from the best manufacturers.  There will be some variation in cost.  If you are located in the Midwest, for example, your shipping cost from Spalding or Bison will be less than Jaypro because they are located in Iowa and Nebraska whereas Jaypro is in Connecticut.  Likewise if you are located in the Northeast.
